The Disinformation PlaybookYowusa.com, August 5, 2008
H. Michael Sweeney, June 2001 Companion Article to Cut to the Chase Interview #91:Terrestrial and Extraterrestrial Disinformation — Propaganda Experts Philip Gardiner and Marshall Vian Summers Foreword by Marshall Masters
However, the key to a top down strategic view of disinformation at the behavioral and tactical level, actually comes to us from the book Power vs. Force: The Hidden Determinants of Human Behavior by David R. Hawkins. When we frame the behavioral and tactical aspects of Sweeney's articles with relevanet principles explained in Power vs. Force we quickly realize following disinformation top down truths:
These truths explain why disinformation operatives are repetitious — and not clever. This is because they can only exercise the economic and political force given them by their dark masters. This simple truth is apparent in the predictability of their tactics. This is not to understate the efficacy of their force, which is considerable. However, this force does have a permanent, built-in Achilles Heel, in that it is suspectible to high order, spiritual energy. As a result of the ongoing disinformation attacks on us, we've observed is that disinformation force, Achilles Heel can unexpectably trigger blowbacks for the perputrators. This explains why the ongoing disinformation attacks on yowusa.com are producing net losses for the attackers. For a more in-depth understanding, we turn to Power vs. Force. This is because it gives us what could be alled an consciousness energy scale. By employing this scale, it is then a simple matter to obtain a global sense of clarity as to the exact nature of this disinformation Achilles Heel. In doing the research for his book, Hawkins develoved the following engery scale through extensive kinesiological testing (the study of the mechanics of body movements in human test subjects.) The range of this logarithmeic scale is 20 to 1000, where any results below 20 are deemed to be totally destructive to humanity.
After comparing the energy levels in this scale against the various disinformation attacks waged against us, the unexpected contra-effective nature of these attacks became self-evident. What we found is that the dark masters and their disinformation operatives can only operate in the sub-200 range. They understand the above-200 range enough to know that this is not their kill zone. They understand it at one level, but cannot experience it directly. It is important to note that while the dark masters and their disinformation operatives cannot directly experience the emotions and attitudes above the 200 level, they are highly conversant in the language and logic. Therefore, they use this language to seduce intended victims into a sub-200 emotion or attitude. Once the victim does, it is a simple matter for them to set the disinformation grapple hooks into their victims and then methodically and predictably grind away at both their sense-of-self, and self determination. Fortunately for us, were not seduced in this matter. The result is that we learnt a valuable lesson entirely by accident.

The disinformation attacks, we experienced after we began releasing our South Pole Telescope analysis videos was unlike anything we've seen since the site was first launched in 1999. Until this year, these attacks were almost always the result of hit-and-run cranks and crackpots, who enjoy spamming us with vulgar and ignorant hate mail, and other attacks as well. However, this disinformation attacks that started this year are stunning in their scope and force. They are clearly well-funded and benign carried out by a large wolf pack team, of highly organized disinformation operatives. We admit, it is bothersome, but we are resolved not to view them as personal affronts and to respond as such. Rather, we keep our focus on noble research and by this simple act, we've negated the truly harmful aspects of this attack. In fact, we have actually benefited from them vis-a-vis increased Internet visibility that has attracted larger numbers of new, like-minded seekers of the truth to our site. The reason for this is best summed up by an old Texas saying. "Anyone will stop to watch a dog fight," and this is a key component of disinformation attacks. Operatives rely on lazy readers to give their attacks just enough attention to slime the victim before they surf on. In our case, the blowback came when those who stopped to watch this dog fight realized that the possibility that they too, could have a dog in this fight. Consequently they've come to read our site and appreciate that noble and consistent way we pursue truths, wherever they may lead. On the flip side, did all those who came to watch this disinformation dog fight draw the same conclusion? Regrettably no. In fact, we continue to get a small but steady stream of nasty letters from those seduced into a sub-200 level emotion or attitude. However, what we find most notable is their numbers. They are a small minority, whereas the larger majority continues to operate in the above-200 levels. We attribute this phenomena is evident to the evolutionary nature of Planet X / Nibiru and 2012 awareness itself. While it may not translate into other areas of human interest in a similer manner, those who are truly aware operate at levels above those of the dark masters and their disinformaton operatives remains. The bottom line with disinformation is that if you remain resolved to stay focused in the above-200 range, you can moderate most of the damage, they cause. Further, by learning and recognizing their tactics, you can further turn these attack to your favor in much the same way the martial arts teach a small person how to defeat a larger opponent through a skilful use of leverage. The question then becomes, where are the leverage points? Here is where the Sweeney article, The 8 Traits of a Disinformationalist a is of great value, because it essentially identifies behavioral levage points so that leveage can best be applied.—Marshall Masters
Eight Traits of the DisinformationalistH. Michael Sweeney, June 2001
It is the disinfo artist and those who may pull their strings (those who stand to suffer should the crime be solved) MUST seek to prevent rational and complete examination of any chain of evidence which would hang them. Since fact and truth seldom fall on their own, they must be overcome with lies and deceit. Those who are professional in the art of lies and deceit, such as the intelligence community and the professional criminal (often the same people or at least working together), tend to apply fairly well defined and observable tools in this process. However, the public at large is not well armed against such weapons, and is often easily led astray by these time-proven tactics. They never actually discuss issues head-on or provide constructive input, generally avoiding citation of references or credentials. Rather, they merely imply this, that, and the other. Virtually everything about their presentation implies their authority and expert knowledge in the matter without any further justification for credibility. They tend to pick and choose opponents carefully, either applying the hit-and-run approach against mere commentators supportive of opponents, or focusing heavier attacks on key opponents who are known to directly address issues. Should a commentator become argumentative with any success, the focus will shift to include the commentator as well. They tend to surface suddenly and somewhat coincidentally with a new controversial topic with no clear prior record of participation in general discussions in the particular public arena involved. They likewise tend to vanish once the topic is no longer of general concern. They were likely directed or elected to be there for a reason, and vanish with the reason. They tend to operate in self-congratulatory and complementary packs or teams. Of course, this can happen naturally in any public forum, but there will likely be an ongoing pattern of frequent exchanges of this sort where professionals are involved. Sometimes one of the players will infiltrate the opponent camp to become a source for straw man or other tactics designed to dilute opponent presentation strength. They almost always have disdain for 'conspiracy theorists' and, usually, for those who in any way believe JFK was not killed by LHO. Ask yourself why, if they hold such disdain for conspiracy theorists, do they focus on defending a single topic discussed in a NG focusing on conspiracies? One might think they would either be trying to make fools of everyone on every topic, or simply ignore the group they hold in such disdain. Or, one might more rightly conclude they have an ulterior motive for their actions in going out of their way to focus as they do. An odd kind of 'artificial' emotionalism and an unusually thick skin -- an ability to persevere and persist even in the face of overwhelming criticism and unacceptance. This likely stems from intelligence community training that, no matter how condemning the evidence, deny everything, and never become emotionally involved or reactive. The net result for a disinfo artist is that emotions can seem artificial. Most people, if responding in anger, for instance, will express their animosity throughout their rebuttal. But disinfo types usually have trouble maintaining the 'image' and are hot and cold with respect to pretended emotions and their usually more calm or unemotional communications style. It's just a job, and they often seem unable to 'act their role in character' as well in a communications medium as they might be able in a real face-to-face conversation/confrontation. You might have outright rage and indignation one moment, ho-hum the next, and more anger later -- an emotional yo-yo. With respect to being thick-skinned, no amount of criticism will deter them from doing their job, and they will generally continue their old disinfo patterns without any adjustments to criticisms of how obvious it is that they play that game -- where a more rational individual who truly cares what others think might seek to improve their communications style, substance, and so forth, or simply give up. There is also a tendency to make mistakes which betray their true self/motives. This may stem from not really knowing their topic, or it may be somewhat 'freudian', so to speak, in that perhaps they really root for the side of truth deep within. I have noted that often, they will simply cite contradictory information which neutralizes itself and the author. For instance, one such player claimed to be a Navy pilot, but blamed his poor communicating skills (spelling, grammar, incoherent style) on having only a grade-school education. I'm not aware of too many Navy pilots who don't have a college degree. Another claimed no knowledge of a particular topic/situation but later claimed first-hand knowledge of it. There are three ways this can be seen to work, especially when the government or other empowered player is involved in a cover up operation:
Remarkably, not even media and law enforcement have NOT BEEN TRAINED to deal with these issues. For the most part, only the players themselves understand the rules of the game.

Planet X Special ReportPlanet X Special Report No. 1: Where is Planet X?
Our view is that this topic should never be introduced to others, until they demonstrate a geniune interest. Nonetheless, those with a genuine interest in the topic will feel a natural urge to share their concerns about a possible threat to themselves and those close to them. Consequently, the most common questions they ask are, "where is Planet X, and what is the most likely worst case scenario?" GO
The Big Six Man-Made Catastrophic Scenarios for 2012 and Beyond — Survival Author Matthew Stein and Jacco van der Worp MSc
Taken altogether, it is a bizarre twist on the Biblical story of Noah and the Flood — and with strikingly similar themes. For those new to the topic of 2012, the film is great entertainment, but it also drives home an ancient failing of humanity. That the common folk are often the last to know, whether by their own choices or those made for them by wealthy and powerful elites. Ergo, many will never ask, "where will I be in 2012?" They'll just have enough time to ask, "My God, what's happening?" GO
