Author Jerry Smith — HAARP as the Ultimate Planet X Psychosis Pacifier

HAARP (High frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is an ionospheric research facility located on a DoD-owned site near Gakona, Alaska. Construction is in the final stages and the site will be fully operational in 2007. Will it be used to control the weather? 

According to Jerry E. Smith, author of HAARP: The Ultimate Weapon of the Conspiracy, that could only be possible with a much bigger array.  Rather, he believes it is destined to used for mind control on a global scale — but to what end?

Consider this.  The previous two flybys of Planet X / Nibiru happened during Noah's Flood and Exodus.  New data suggest that the Egyptians knew of the Noah's Flood flyby some 800 years in advance, and spent 200 years preparing for it.  This accounts for the many Flood/Deluge accounts in ancient folklore from around the globe. 

Could the same be happening today?  Could secret societies have orchestrated the creation of the highly controversial HAARP project in Alaska as a way to control panic, fight wars, and mitigate the natural disasters that are sure to attend the next flyby in 2012?  We'll ask the questions and offer possible answers.

Under construction since 1990 the high frequency antenna array at the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP) facility in Gakona, Alaska has been completed and is now preparing to exploit emerging ionospheric and radio science technologies related to advanced defense applications.

For the last four years the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP) has been managed by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) with Dr. Sheldon Z. Meth as the Program Manager.  As of March 9, 2006 the official DARPA page for HAARP states that the high frequency transmitting array at the HAARP Research Station, Gakona, AK has been completed and that management of the project is being returned the Air Force Research Laboratory and the Office of Naval Research.
