In the final analysis, the only judge of what is truth and what is lie, what is information and what is disinformation is YOU. We truly have the capacity to
be a species of sheep, led about by governments and by those who cry cover-up.
We often espouse to wanting nothing more than to “seek the truth.” However, we treat this quest for the truth as if it were contained in one neat little
package tie about with a pretty bow. We forget that, in the quest for truth, any truth is not hand delivered; it is a journey that WE must take. Along the
way we will find many pieces of the puzzle, some will fit, others will obviously not. You will find that “the truth” or more correctly, bits and pieces of the truth
are contained amid half-truths; that often lies will lead you to elements of the truth.
Even statements of truth, can be twisted and interpreted making it appear to be an element of a very different truth.
Father Regis Scanlon, at catholic.net in his piece titled, "St. Joseph and the Third Christian Millennium!" writes that in November of 1980, John Paul II,
held an interview with Catholics at Fulda, Germany. That interview was published in the German magazine, “Stimme des Glaubens” [“Voice of
Faith” – Ed.]. (An English translation of that interview can be found in Daniel J. Lynch's “The Call to Total Consecration” to the Immaculate Heart of Mary
(St. Albans, Vermont: Missions of the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, Pub., 1991), pp. 50 51. Scanlon says that:
"…when people at Fulda, Germany asked John Paul II if the third secret of Fatima contained a threat from God, the Pope responded:
If there is a message in which it is said that the oceans will flood entire sections of the earth; that, from one moment to the other, millions of people
will perish...there is no longer any point in really wanting to publish this secret message.
Many want to know merely out of curiosity, or because of their taste for sensationalism, but they forget that "to know" implies for them a
responsibility. It is dangerous to want to satisfy one's curiosity only, if one is convinced that we can do nothing against a catastrophe that has been predicted...
(At this point the Holy Father took hold of his Rosary and said, "Here is the remedy against all evil! Pray, pray and ask for nothing else. Put everything in the hands of the Mother of God!”
Later, Cardinal Ratzinger admitted in an interview with journalist, Vittorio Messori, that he had read the third secret of Fatima. Messori then
questioned the Cardinal about the "secret" undenied versions are circulating in the world, which describe the contents of that "secret" as disquieting,
apocalyptic, as warning of terrible sufferings.
John Paul II himself, in his personal visit to Germany, seemed to confirm (albeit with prudent circumlocutions, privately, to a select group) the
undeniably disconcerting contents of that text. Before him, Paul VI, during his pilgrimage to Fatima, also seems to have alluded to the "apocalyptic"
themes of the "secret.” Why was it never decided to make it public, if only to counter rash speculations?
Cardinal Ratzinger's response, that revealing the third secret would add nothing necessary for the Christian to know and that it "would mean exposing
the Church to the danger of sensationalism, exploitation of the content," also seemed to "confirm (albeit with prudent circumlocutions)" that the contents of
the third secret of Fatima did contain those "disconcerting" messages. Therefore, while Cardinal Ratzinger did not want to deny the warnings from
Fatima, he also wanted people to know that "the Virgin does not engage in sensationalism; she does not create fear'; nor did she say that the 20th century was the end of the world.”
Thus, John Paul II's 1980 message about the third secret of Fatima and the threatened flood and fire resemble the revelations made by Our Lady to
Sister Agnes in Akita in 1973. Moreover, if these messages were not part of the message of Fatima, Cardinal Ratzinger probably would have objected to
Bishop Ito's publishing it. So, it seems that the messages of Akita are reliable, and the 1917 Fatima warning seems to be: if mankind does not
repent, God will have to send a chastisement (a merciful act) to save man from destroying himself through nuclear war."
So while some will say that this is an unspoken “smoking gun” reference to the arrival of a Nibiru, it was more a tactful reference to the revelations made
by Our Lady to Sister Agnes in Akita, Japan. In particular, the third message given the good sister contains an even more telling description of the events
that ARE being reported recently in the news. From miraclerosarymission.org, we receive an account of the "Message of Akita" and in particular Our
Lady's third message given on October 13, 1973.
"My dear daughter, listen well to what I have to say to
you. You will inform your superior."
"As I told you, if men do not repent and better themselves, the Father will inflict a terrible
punishment on all humanity. It will be punishment greater than the deluge, such as one will never have seen before. Fire will fall from the sky and will wipe
out a great part of humanity, the good as well as the bad, sparing neither priests nor faithful. The survivors will find themselves so desolate that they
will envy the dead. The only arms that will remain for you will be the Rosary and Sign left by My Son. Each day recite the prayers of the Rosary. With the Rosary,
pray for the pope, the bishops and the priests."
"The work of the devil will infiltrate even the Church in such a way that one will see cardinals opposing
cardinals, bishops against other bishops. The priests who venerate Me will be scorned and opposed by their conferees, churches and altars sacked, the Church will
be full of those who accept compromise and the demon will press many priests and consecrated souls to leave the service of the Lord. The demon will be especially
implacable against souls consecrated to God. The thought of the loss of so many souls is the cause of My sadness. If sins increase in number and gravity, there will be no longer pardon for them."
"With courage, speak to your superior. He will know how to encourage each one of you to pray and to accomplish works of reparation."
Three years later on the Feast of St. Joseph May 1, 1976 it is also reported that,
"The angel told Sr. Agnes after Communion: “Many men in this world afflict the Lord. Our Lady awaits souls to console Him. Remain in poverty. Sanctify yourself and
pray in reparation for the ingratitudes and the outrages of so many men. The Rosary is your weapon. Say it with care and more often for the intention of
the Pope, of bishops and priests. You must not forget these words (of Mary). The Blessed Virgin prays continually for the conversion of the greatest possible
number and weeps, hoping to lead to Jesus and to the Father souls offered to Them by Her intercession. For this intention, and to overcome exterior obstacles, achieve interior unity, form a single heart. Let
believers lead a life more worthy of believers! Pray with a new heart. Attach great importance to this day for the glory of God and His Holy Mother. With courage
spread this devotion among the greatest number. Inform your superior and him who directs you of what I have told you."
One Last Thing to Remember
One is always drawn back to that great slogan displayed on the poster that hung in the basement office of Fox Mulder ... “The truth is out there!”
It is indeed, but do always remember truth. Any truth has to be your truth, never blindly accept or reject any bit of information as YOU assemble what is
the whole truth for you. The responsibility is yours and yours alone.
