Genetic Evolution - Mars or BustYOWUSA.COM, 05-July-01 ContinuedGovernment TechnologyAt face value, it seems that the government is doing very little in the way of genetic engineering research and development. It is the large companies stealing the headlines these days. In the past, governments were the ones at the forefront of technological advancements. Civilian corporations and the public were always playing catch-up and could not utilize a technology until the government was in control of it. Has this scenario really changed? The military invented the Internet before it turned into the savanna of corporate advertising that it is today. The Internet is now so large that the government has lost their control over it. This is precisely the reason why they have created their Carnivore programs to help them spy on the population and regain their control. Are we to believe that the government has let the most powerful technology in the world slip through their fingers and into the hands of civilian corporations? Even a religious movement called the Raelians has created their own company called Clonaid and is planning to clone a human within a year. They are not allowed to do this in America, so they moved their laboratory offshore to a secret location to complete the experiment. Does a religious group that believes that extraterrestrial experimentation created the human race have more scientific capability than the government? If the government were truly playing a leading role, such a potentially powerful technology would understandably warrant the utmost secrecy to ensure success without the hindrance of today's tabloid media and public scrutiny. Perhaps this is why the government is not doing anything to stop outrageous things such as corporate patenting. Could it be that the recent government decisions to treat genetically modified food the same as natural food, is just another way to keep the public attention on the civilian research and development issues. The question is, which government agencies are capable of maintaining such a high level of secrecy and is interested in genetic engineering? Perhaps NASA and JPL are conducting this as a two-pronged approach. NASA ResearchAs the worlds leading space agency, NASA would be the most qualified in guaranteeing the future of our survival by being the most qualified to get us safely to Mars. However at face value, NASA does not seem to be doing anything towards achieving this long-term goal. NASA is spending enormous amounts of money on various satellites designed to study the Earth, Sun, Mars and other objects billions of kilometers away. While a couple for Mars may be useful, the majority of applications have no bearing on our chances for long-term survival on another planet. Constellations in another corner of the universe serve no purpose but to satisfy a few academics curiosity and provide some interesting colorful images for our Windows wallpaper. Some people have proposed that NASA should change their name to the National Satellite Applications Agency and take word "Space" out completely.
Perhaps these questions can be worded a little less politically correct and get straight to the point.
The Fundamental Space Biology Division of the OBPR lists three of their research elements as being:
NASA has always been at the forefront of technological advancements. Their interests have included genetic modifications and computer integration since the sixties. The term "Cyborg" was actually created for NASA in 1961. The Clynes and Kline paper, "Drugs, Space and Cybernetics" was later published as "Cyborgs and Space" in Astronautics. The paper discussed adapting humans for space flight by using such things as drugs and electronic implants to modify a human so they could exist in space without a space suit. Since this paper, it seems that these interests have been buried, and now the focus is directed toward the Mars exploration being conducted by JPL and NASA's International Space Station. However, what use is an international launch pad to Mars and a detailed understanding of the planet, if we cannot survive there? For these reasons, I believe that a government group must exist that is quietly producing realistic results towards the goal of creating new modified humans capable of colonizing an extremely hostile planet such as Mars. JPL InvolvementIn a previous article titled "Sir Arthur C Clarke Cracks The Tip Of The Mars Iceberg," I reported on a super-secret organization headed by Admiral Bobby Ray Unman called the "JPL Oversight Committee." This article discussed the possibility that the committee was responsible for hijacking the failed Mars Polar Lander and Mars Climate Orbiter missions, in order to provide valuable data to the government without having to answer to the public. Since the publication of this article, an important question has been nagging in my mind. What is the committee that we know nothing more about, other than a name and its leader, responsible for when they are not stealing satellites? What are their primary objectives?
Within The National Academies, an organization called the Government-University-Industry Research Roundtable (GUIRR) is a unique forum for dialogue among top government, university, and industry leaders of science and technology. A 1997 GUIRR document titled "Openness and Secrecy in Research: Preserving Openness in a Competitive World", lists Admiral Unman along with NASA Administrator Daniel Goldin as being members of the Roundtable Council. The document, "summarizes ideas exchanged at the October 1997 Roundtable Council meeting, which examined issues of openness and secrecy in the conduct and culture of science and technology."
Included amongst several other Boards of Director positions Admiral Unman occupies, is a seat at the top of Public Agenda Online (PAO). PAO is a non-profit organization with a two-fold mission.
It appears that what we have here, is NASA doing the biological research, JPL analyzing Mars, and the JPL Oversight Committee with their fingers in nearly every pie monitoring the flow of information. Apart from a huge army of aliens on Mars ready to take over the Earth, what could actually justify the need for a super-secret committee to be concerned about the planet Mars? The only thing more important than survival from a hostile alien attack is ensuring our survival from our own weapons of mass destruction and over colonization.

Planet X Special ReportPlanet X Special Report No. 1: Where is Planet X?
Our view is that this topic should never be introduced to others, until they demonstrate a geniune interest. Nonetheless, those with a genuine interest in the topic will feel a natural urge to share their concerns about a possible threat to themselves and those close to them. Consequently, the most common questions they ask are, "where is Planet X, and what is the most likely worst case scenario?" GO

Taken altogether, it is a bizarre twist on the Biblical story of Noah and the Flood — and with strikingly similar themes. For those new to the topic of 2012, the film is great entertainment, but it also drives home an ancient failing of humanity. That the common folk are often the last to know, whether by their own choices or those made for them by wealthy and powerful elites. Ergo, many will never ask, "where will I be in 2012?" They'll just have enough time to ask, "My God, what's happening?" GO
